1. Core & Production Management
The Core module serves as the central database for One Prefab MES. It manages CAD data, production orders, users, external data sources, and relevant manufacturing information. Building on this foundation, Production Management supports the planning, scheduling, and control of production.
Production schedules can be dynamically adjusted, resources can be used efficiently, and manufacturing progress can be tracked in real time. Using barcodes, QR codes, or the MES Mobile app, every element—from order placement to completion—remains traceable.

2. Smart Station & Shop Floor Information
All the information is right where the work is being done. The Smart Station module brings digital information directly to the workstation. Each station receives exactly the data needed for its specific work area, such as material requirements, production progress, work instructions, or quality requirements.
This allows employees to work with up-to-date, real-time data instead of printed lists or manual inquiries. The Smart Stations can be scaled to suit the production environment and integrated into various work areas.

3. Quality Control & Traceability
The Quality Control module supports quality assurance directly within the production process and ensures that quality standards are consistently met. Flexible inspection criteria can be defined for each item or production step. Quality photos, inspections, approvals, and reports are digitally recorded and stored in the system.

4. Business Intelligence & Circulation System Intelligence
The Business Intelligence module makes production data analyzable. Standardized reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators display production capacity utilization, order statistics, station times, and other relevant production data. Notifications are sent when there are status changes or issues.
Circulation System Intelligence extends this transparency to include the control of production logistics, in-plant transport, material flow, machines, and equipment. Open interfaces allow machines, equipment components, or ERP systems to be connected via live data.
